Region of Northern Mindanao has increased its new investments to 4.6 billion for the second quarter of this year 2017. The investments generated in the region increased compared last year’s second quarter which has 3.6 billion. According to Engineer Cecilio Clarete the chief economic development specialist of National Economic and Development Authority-Northern Mindanao, the increase is due to the new investments. He also said that the investments came from construction projects of power plants and feed mills on Manolo Fortich and new Mall in Valencia City.
